Digital Mole Mapping With SkinIO
Central Dermatology Center uses SkinIO to create a digital skin health record. During a visit, the software uses an iPad to map moles and pigmented lesions so they can be monitored for change over time.
The record includes close-up and total-body photographs. These images provide a visual reference for comparing spots and tracking changes.
Access Between Visits
You can use the SkinIO smartphone app to access your close-up and total-body photographs. This supports at-home monitoring between visits and keeps the digital record available for reviewing spots over time.
If you notice a change while reviewing the images, bring it to your provider’s attention.
